
Hays High School Sports Physicals Clinic
Service Provided by the Ellis County Health Department
May 14th from 7:30am to 4pm at Hays High School in the Aux Gym.
$25 fee, to be paid by cash or check to Ellis County Health Department.
Immunization service will also be available.
Reminder that all juniors need a meningococcal vaccine!
Hays High KSHSAA sports physicals packet must be filled out and signed by both student and parent BEFORE physicals will be completed by ECHD.

THE 2ND GAME OF THE HHS VS. GREAT BEND SOFTBALL DOUBLEHEADER HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY 4/28 AT 4:00 AT BICKLE-SCHMIDT.
